In 2005, we have seen a steady volume of deals and we have increased fee income for three clearing banks. The work has primarily been property finance interspersed with a healthy number of MBO’s and corporate acquisitions where we are acting for institutional lenders. However a significant proportion of fee earning capability continues to be devoted to providing transactional assistance on corporate, property and insolvency deals.
